Outside Sales Rep (Tool Sales)
Location: Philadelphia, PA | Work Type: On-site | Schedule: 6 AM–3 PM | Pay: $40,000–$45,000 base uncapped commission ($70K–$90K OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting fabrication shops and clients across your territory to demo and sell tooling
- Helping clients select the right products for their specific fabrication needs
- Following up on leads, building relationships, and driving repeat business
- Managing your territory like your own business — planning routes, follow-ups, and account growth
- Working closely with a support team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience in fabrication or a related industry (stone, solid surface, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
- A valid driver’s license and comfort with regular travel in your territory
- Motivation to earn and grow — this is a great role for someone ready to hustle
