Bronwealth Financial & Tax
is a growing, independent financial advisory and tax firm providing investment management, comprehensive financial planning, tax preparation, tax advisory, and bookkeeping services for individuals and business owners.
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
who is interested in the financial and tax industry and wants to grow with a firm long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client service, and process management—and who may be interested in developing into a financial advisor or tax advisor over time. That said, there is
no requirement
to pursue an advisory role; long-term administrative professionals are highly valued and welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Client onboarding and ongoing service support
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Preparing client files and organizing financial and tax documents
- Assisting with tax return workflows and document requests
- Supporting bookkeeping processes and reconciliations
- Maintaining CRM, planning, and tax software systems
- General administrative and operational support for the firm
- Financial planning data inputs
- Client contact for data collection related to financial planning and tax advisory
Ideal Experience (Not All Required)
Experience or familiarity with:
- LPL Financial
- RightCapital
- Holistiplan
- ProConnect Tax
- QuickBooks
Prior experience in:
- Financial services
- Accounting or tax offices
- Client service or operations roles
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working with confidential financial information
- Interest in the financial planning and tax industry
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
