What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Veterinary Receptionist position at Bronson Veterinary Services?
Bronson Veterinary Services is seeking hardworking, friendly receptionists to join our team. We are a full service small animal and equine facility. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service to our clients while delivering the best veterinary medicine to our patients. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has the ability to multi-task, possesses excellent communication and follow through, shows compassion for people and their pets, well organized, and can work alongside others in a high energy, fast-paced environment. Schedule is flexible, although weekends with other receptionists will be required.
This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining medical records, and caring for the reception and waiting area.
Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication, and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, upbeat personality, very knowledgeable using computers, and excellent telephone communication abilities. Applicants must excel working in a team environment in a high energy, fast pace veterinary practice.
