Position: Warehouse, Shipping, & Receiving
Summary: Your role is critical in maintaining the quality and productivity of the manufacturing process.
Pay: Base rate ($19-$20 per hour) based on experience and motivation
Responsibilities:
*Lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to run a Forklift a plus
* Manage work site (keep clean & organized)
* Good math skills
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
* Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Follow Instructions
* Good attitude and trainability...a MUST
Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Live within 20 min of office a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Valid California Driver's License
- Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
