About the Role
As the Executive Director of Bronson Commons, you will lead progress development, planning, and operations for post-acute and elder care services. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Post-Acute and Care Management, you’ll oversee clinical care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and fiscal accountability. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and organize activities of employees providing clinical care and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with system leaders to expand post-acute and elder care programs.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to promote Bronson Commons.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial performance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality performance indicators.
- Hire, mentor, and manage supervisory staff; ensure effective organizational structure.
- Engage with community leaders, physicians, and managed care organizations.
- Lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Qualifications
- License: Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare; Skilled Nursing Facility leadership strongly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
