As a CNC Lathe Machinist, You Will
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
- Program/edit CNC machines as needed (Smart Cam, Gibbs Cam, etc.)
- Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years of machining experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
- CNC programming experience preferred
- Strong math and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
