- Support the legal team in understanding and applying real estate law principles relevant to each transaction.
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and clients to gather required documentation and facilitate communication throughout the closing process.
- Maintain detailed records of all transaction activities, including correspondence, legal documents, and research findings.
- Help prepare closing statements, settlement statements, and other legal documents required for property transfer.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience during the closing process.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a law office or real estate environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
