Position Overview:
We’re hiring an entry-level front-desk / customer-service assistant to help with phones, scheduling, customer check-in/out, cashiering, and general admin tasks. Hours may vary depending on shop needs, so the role may not always be full time — but there’s potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones with a friendly, professional tone
Greet customers when they walk in and check them in/out for service
Schedule appointments and enter customer information
Communicate with customers by phone, in person, and by text
Process payments and handle invoices
Help coordinate between customers and technicians
Keep front-desk and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Perform other office/clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality — you enjoy talking to people
Good communication skills (phone, in-person, text)
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Basic computer/data-entry skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn — automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No weekends
Part-time/varied hours possible depending on demand
