Summary

The Site Producer oversees daily operations at their assigned location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, adherence to brand and operational standards, and achievement of revenue and guest number objectives. This role involves collaborating with Lead Trail Guides to coordinate staffing plans, guest schedules, site inspections, special events, and Guide training, while focusing on personal and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Provide leadership and direction to all venue personnel
• Oversee day-to-day venue operations
• Maintain site presentation and equipment
• Serve as the primary liaison between Off-Roadeo, the site, and the Company
• Ensure team members understand their roles and contributions to program success
• Develop relationships with external contacts to promote and grow the business
• Enforce adherence to procedures and standards (e.g., health and safety, environment, dress code)
• Manage emergency response in conjunction with Lead Trail Guides
• Report customer metrics
• Oversee inventory, asset reporting, and facilities maintenance
• Oversees staff scheduling (with Lead Trail Guide), responsible for payroll budget, and payroll submissions
• Perform other duties as assigned
