What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Packer / Restocker position at Bronco Distribution?
$20-$22/hour. Weekly pay. Paid sick leave from day one.
Denver warehouse (80216). Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. No nights.
Bronco Distribution is a B2B wholesale distributor serving retail
stores across Colorado. We are hiring a Warehouse Packer / Restocker
to pull and pack customer orders and keep our stockroom full.
What you'll do:
- Pull and pack customer orders for shipping and local delivery
- Pack orders for walk-in customers picking up at the warehouse
- Restock shelves and bins from incoming freight between orders
- Check in inbound shipments against packing slips, flag shortages
and damages
- Help with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Orders come first. When the queue is clear, you move to restocking
or help cover the counter. The pace changes through the day, so we
need someone who stays busy without being told what to do next.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable attendance and on-time starts - this matters most to us
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet
- Comfortable reading labels and SKUs and using a scanner or tablet
- Attention to detail - the wrong item in a box costs us a customer
- Friendly and professional with customers picking up orders
- Able to cover an occasional Saturday on short notice
- Must be 21 or older (we distribute age-restricted products)
- Warehouse or stockroom experience is a plus, not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays required when we are short-handed or volume
is heavy. Sometimes we know a week ahead, sometimes it comes up a
day or two before. All Saturday hours are paid overtime.
Pay and benefits:
- $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience
- 40 hours of paid sick leave, available from your first day
- One week of paid vacation after 90 days
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
