Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor located in East El Paso. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. Responsibilities include managing a team, supervising workflows, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively
- Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling: Experience in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and overseeing the movement of goods
- Inventory Control: Ability to manage stock levels, track inventory accuracy, and reduce discrepancies
- Forklift Operation: Certification operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Bachelors Degree or high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is beneficial
- Bi-Lingual - Proficient in English/Spanish
