As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and facilitating life insurance & annuities opportunities, including performing follow-ups, coordinating quotes, and providing proficient and proactive services to new and existing clients. You will be expected to engage in frequent communication with the sales team, life insurance companies, external producers & financial advisors, medical facilities, and internal resources to manage client expectations and provide first-class service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the case processing workflow.
- Provide ongoing support and service to policyowners and advisors as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform detailed reviews of documents in support of generating new business.
- Achieve phone and transaction performance goals as defined by stakeholders.
- Remain current on medical facility and insurance carrier policies, operational processes, and compliance criteria.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education.
- Two (2) or more years of Life and Annuity Insurance experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team setting.
- Prior experience with iPipeline and SureLC systems and modules is highly preferred.
