Broken Top Brands is one of Bend’s leading manufacturers of soy candles, body care, and home fragrance products. Founded in 2015, we began with hand-poured scented soy candles and have since expanded into a wide variety of products designed to make you and your home smell amazing!

We have an immediate opening for a Production & Warehouse Associate to support our manufacturing, packaging, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with producing, filling, labeling, and packaging candles, body care, and home fragrance products
- Case-pack finished products coming off the production line
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Safely package fragile products
- Receive, organize, and stock products, supplies, and raw materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse workspace
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Use tools such as box knives, tape guns, and other production or packaging equipment
- Learn and use shipping software and order-management platforms
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for a full shift
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 50 pounds or more
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, motivated, and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience is preferred but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
