We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of floor care, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is advantageous but not mandatory
