What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Manager position at Broken Arrow Dental and Implants?

In this role, you will:
- Put the patient first.
- Reassure patients that they will receive gentle, caring treatment from the doctor and the hygienist.
- Track and improve performance.
- Prepare and participate in morning huddles.
- Give back to the community through service.
- Create financial plans and collect treatment money.
- Work with the team on supply and equipment management.
- Answer the phones and schedule patients.
- Find ways to help the team grow in friendship and unity.
- Ask patients for feedback and a review on Google.
- Learn the ins and outs of dental insurance and be dedicated to helping dental insurance companies work well with our team.
- Set up and clean operatories, if needed.
- Be honest and kind and find small ways to help your patients have a great day.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Experience as Dental Office Manager preferred
- 2 Years Experience Dental Required
- Open Dental Experience a plus
