What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Showing Partner position at Brokaw Group?
We have two offices in Davison, & Lake Orion, MI
Purpose
Deliver high-level client experience, manage buyer activity, support showings, and ensure seamless communication and execution across all transactions.
Core Responsibilities
Client & Showing Support
- Schedule and conduct property showings for buyers
- Serve as primary point of contact for all active buyers
- Conduct weekly buyer check-ins and strategy updates
- Provide showing feedback and track buyer activity
- Daily email to Broker summarizing: client activity, showings, follow-up, pipeline status
Transaction & Client Care
- Prepare and review documents (purchase agreements, disclosures, addendums)
- Obtain signatures and ensure file completeness
- Attend inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closings as requested
- Support new construction meetings and progress check-ins
- Execute post-closing follow-up and client experience delivery (including closing gifts if applicable)
Lead Management & Growth
- Maintain consistent communication with database, clients, vendors, and partners
- Minimum 20 conversations per day / 100 per week
- Call and respond to new leads immediately
- Update CRM daily with notes, tasks, and follow-up actions
- Set up and manage drip campaigns
- Track and manage pipeline activity
Open Houses & Partner Support
- Host a minimum of two (2) open houses per month
- Coordinate with and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Sargent’s Total and Legacy Mortgage
Training (First 90 Days)
- In-office minimum 3 days per week
- Complete all system training (CRM, lead tracking, contracts, communication standards)
- Work through full onboarding checklist
- Demonstrate competency in systems, communication, and client management
- Full operational proficiency expected by Day 90
Compensation
Base Salary
- $2,500/month (W-2) paid weekly ($581)
Closing Bonuses
- $200: ≤ $200,000
- $400: $200,001 – $300,000
- $500: $300,001 – $500,000
- $1,000: > $500,000
Production Bonus
- Additional $750 for 4 closings in a calendar month
Bonus Terms
- All bonuses paid as 1099 income
- Bonuses issued after successful closing and funding
- Participation in transaction (showings, communication, or support) required for bonus eligibility
Performance Timeline
- 30 Days: Training completion, system familiarity, communication standards
- 60 Days: Consistent activity (calls, follow-up, showings), CRM usage, buyer management
- 90 Days: Full performance evaluation including production support, client experience, and role alignment
- Ongoing: Quarterly or as needed

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
