Seasonal Late Night Janitor - Brokate Janitorial (Branson, MO)
Brokate Janitorial is looking for reliable custodians who are able to execute scheduled cleaning tasks with detail and efficiency.
Position: Cleaning Technician - Branson
No experience necessary.
Hourly Compensation: $14.50/hour
Shift Availability: Part-Time (12 hours) / Monday through Saturday (Theater Schedule)
- about 10 hours per week, based on Branson Theater schedule
- 10:15pm to 12:15am
- Monday through Saturday availability, based on Branson Theater schedule
Requirements:
- Must be able to use a leaf-blower, without limitations
- Must be able to walk for the whole shift
- Must be able to walk through theater seats with ease
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
- Physical - Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50lbs without limitations.
- Reliable – Must maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences.
- Detail Oriented - Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention.
- Time Management - Complete cleaning tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities as assigned.
- Transportation – Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.
- Communication – Must communicate effectively with direct Supervisor with supply needs, equipment and facility issues that arise.
