Brohn Homes is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this accelerated role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the entire new home buying journey — from greeting prospects in our model homes to helping execute contracts and guiding buyers to the closing table. No real estate license required!
This is your opportunity to learn the full sales process and grow into a Sales Consultant role — helping families find home in a place they’ll love for years to come.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential buyers
• Become a product expert — learn our homes, communities, and financing options to confidently educate buyers
• Assist with Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and competitive research
• Support Sales Consultants with CRM updates, reporting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Welcome visitors to our model homes and ensure a clean, professional presentation
• Help track sales traffic and market activity to drive results
• Deliver a memorable experience that leads to referrals and 5-star reviews!
• 2 years of sales experience (new home sales, luxury retail, automotive, or performance-based preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people make confident decisions
• Tech savvy — proficient with MS Office; CRM experience a plus
• Able to work weekends and occasional evenings
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Positive, professional, and team-focused
