Lawn Care & Landscaping Team Member (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

About the Position
Brogan’s Lawn Care is a growing local company focused on delivering clean, high-quality lawn and landscape work. We are looking to add a part-time team member (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as we continue to expand our client base.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and blowing
- Mulch installation and bed edging
- Landscape installs (plants, rock, light design work)
- Spring and fall clean-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual — shows up ready to work
- Ability to work outdoors in all typical weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
Compensation
$18–$22 per hour (based on performance and reliability)
