Engineering Project Manager – Automation & Robotics
Wichita, KS | $90,000 – $120,000 Full Benefits
Broetje Automation is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead automation and robotics projects supporting major aerospace manufacturers worldwide. This role will oversee projects from concept through customer sign-off, managing scope, schedule, budget, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage automation projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and commissioning
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Support proposals, reporting, and project communication
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Project Management experience in OEM, automation, or manufacturing environments
• Prior experience managing automation or machine building projects
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
