Construction Superintendent
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality control, and maintain project schedules and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage schedules, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
- Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients
Qualifications:
- 3 years of construction supervision experience preferred
- Strong understanding of building plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- OSHA certification a plus
Must:
- Be able to evaluate job progress and plan ahead
- Build a reliable schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors/owner reps
- Know construction basis/knowledge
This job will require some physical labor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
