Recruiter / Administrative Assistant
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour | Full-time | In person (Owings Mills, MD)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As our Recruiter / Administrative Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our HR Manager to recruit candidates and onboard new employees. You'll help bring great people into the company and make sure new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed from day one. We want to invest in the right person to join our team to help grow our team!
ABOUT YOU:
You bring some experience from customer service, admin, retail, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role — and now you're ready to grow into HR. What matters most is who you are, not your title. You're approachable, dependable, and quick to pick up new tools and technology. You communicate clearly, follow through, and take pride in doing things right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screens
- Help coordinate interviews and partner with managers on hiring
- Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Support onboarding — orientation, paperwork, and helping new hires settle in
- Use social media and LinkedIn to find great talent
- Pitch in at career fairs and hiring events
- Bring fresh ideas to help grow our talent pipeline
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong attention to detail and natural organization
- Discretion and integrity (you'll handle sensitive info)
- Eagerness to learn new technology and systems — no fear of trying!
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication
- A team player who wants to see the whole company win
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 3 years in customer service, admin, coordination, or a related people-facing role
- 1 year of experience in recruiting / onboarding
- Familiarity with Indeed a bonus, not a requirement!
