Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant that is efficient, detailed oriented and has great customer service to join our Brody Allen Exteriors team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors, answers telephone, takes messages and screens customer inquiries.
  • Serves as a liaison between customers and staff, providing routine information to customer inquiries.
  • Invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Performs office duties such as filling, scanning and data entry.
  • Providing Administrative support in various departments.
  • Prepares Customer Files in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill.
  • Demonstrates decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel.
  • High School diploma or equivalent high school certification.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
