Part-Time Middle School Night Custodian

The Brodhead School District is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Buildings and Grounds team as a Part-Time Middle School Night Custodian. Position Details:

Hours: Monday–Friday

Shift: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM Approximately 25 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

*Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, and restrooms Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas

*Empty trash and recycling containers

*Restock restroom supplies

*Assist with room setups and school events

*Report maintenance or safety concerns

*Operate custodial equipment safely and efficiently

*Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment

Qualifications:

✔ Dependable with excellent attendance

✔ Able to work independently and manage time effectively

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Custodial or maintenance experience preferred, but not required ✔ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed ✔ Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
