- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities.

- Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
- Coordinate with property accountants and property managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of property invoices
- Ensure approval workflows are assigned properly to each invoice
- Vendor setup
- Respond to vendor payment inquiries and reconcile statement balances
- Process checks and ACH payments for vendors
- Ensure utilities are sent to AUM and set up accordingly
- Scan tenant/ customers checks to system
- Submit weekly A/P reports to property accountant for review and payment processing
