The Terminal/Facilities Laborer is primarily responsible for the following functions:Receives and offloads railcars in accordance with established SOPs.Follows established recordkeeping practices related to the reception and offloading of railcars.Assists the Terminal/Rail Manager in monitoring storage tanks and inventory.Responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the terminal facilities, including:GroundskeepingOffice cleaningSnow removalGeneral maintenanceCompletes work in accordance with established company and FRA safety practices.Performs other similar duties as requiredRequired:High school degree or equivalentValid driver's licenseExperience with basic power and hand tools.Ability to work extended hours as necessary, especially during peak demand seasonsPreferred:Construction experienceCurrent DOT Medical Card2A/1C Hoisting licensesBilingual in English and SpanishPrior experience working for a fuel company
