Thrive Club
Thrive Club empowers students to take charge of their well-being through education, self-care, and personal health advocacy. Thrive Club is dedicated to building a supportive space where students can learn and practice stress management techniques, explore the science and benefits of healthy living, and become resources for promoting wellness throughout Middle School. Together, we THRIVE—body, mind, and spirit.
Overview:
Thrive Club is seeking 1 motivated advisor. This student-centered group focuses on wellness topics including healthy living, stress management, and health advocacy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead regular weekly club meetings and promote student engagement
•Guide discussions and activities on health and wellness topics
•Support student-led projects and awareness campaigns
•Coordinate guest speakers and events
•Foster a positive, inclusive environment focused on well-being
•Meet with the Director of Wellness K-12 to assess and evaluate program goals and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Background in teaching health education
•Experience working with middle school students
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Passion for youth wellness and advocacy
Funding: Local Funding
6 hours per month / per advisor November 2025 – April 2026
Compensation: According to contract
