Supervisors will be assigned to school sites and will provide leadership and oversight for after-school and summer programming.Program Schedule: Before School Program: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 8:45 AMAfter School Program: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM 6:00 PMImportant Requirement: Applicants must be available to begin work at 6:45AM and/or 3:30 PM for the after-school Smart Start Extended Day program.Applicants must have experience working as a site supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day program Compensation: BEA members: According to contractJob Description: Lead Site Supervisors are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Extended Day Program at assigned school locations. This includes supervising staff, maintaining communication with families and school administration, ensuring high-quality programming, and supporting student success in a safe and engaging environment.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferredMinimum of five years of successful classroom or youth program experience preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsExperience working as a site supervisor in the Smart Start Extended Day program Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partnersDuties and Responsibilities: Supervise and support staff at assigned school sitesMaintain communication with families, school administration, and Community Schools office staffAssist with planning and implementation of quality after-school programmingMonitor student attendance, records, and program documentationCoordinate supplies and materials for program activitiesEnsure compliance with district and state guidelinesAttend required meetings and professional development sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Coordinator of the Smart Start Extended Day program and by the Director of Community SchoolsJob Requirements: Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
