Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 11hrs - Sat & Sun 3p-8:30p
Pay: $20 - $23 (Pay differentials applied for MAP and/or CNA certifications, and for Weekend shifts)

Job Summary
As a Residential Counselor, you will support individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities in a home setting. Help them build independence, develop life skills, and engage meaningfully with their community.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility, hygiene).
- Support daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping, money management).
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy.
- Facilitate community involvement and relationships.
- Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavioral supports.
- Administer medications per MAP guidelines.
- Provide transportation to appointments, programs, and social activities.
- Communicate using tools suited to individual needs (email, tablets, letter boards).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CNA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
