Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-4p
$12,000 sign on bonus for eligible new hires to this role

What You’ll Do:
As Nurse Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
- Supervise Assistant Nurse Directors in service area.
- Assist with screening referrals
- Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance, updating information as needed.
- Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in investigations/inquiries providing content expertise and explanation of agency processes and practices.
What You Bring:
- Required: Active RN license (5 years) in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
- Preferred: Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
- Bonus: Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
