What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Brockton Area Multi-Servi?
Pay Range: $35/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm 30 hrs
This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster.

What You’ll Do:
Empower individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing compassionate, hands-on support in a day program setting.
- Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served.
- Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
- Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
- Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
What You Bring:
- Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
- Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.
- Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
- Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!
