Position: Experienced Sales Manager/Finance Manager
Brockman Auto is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager/Finance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive finance, works well with lenders, and can effectively manage vehicle pricing and deal structuring. This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to learn quickly and adapt is essential.
Requirements:
- Structure and finalize vehicle financing deals
- Managing multiple reporting deadlines
- Maintaining a high funding approval rate
- Must be good at multitasking
- Minimizing funding delays due to missing paperwork or errors
- Following up consistently with lenders until deals are funded
- Submitting complete deal packages to lenders same day or within 24 hours
- Maintains accuracy under time pressure
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow at the same time
- Work closely with banks, lenders, and credit unions to secure approvals
- Present financing and warranty options to customers
- Ensure compliance with all finance and legal regulations
- Assist in pricing vehicles to remain competitive in the market
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Support the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Prior automotive sales experience
- Previous management or team lead experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate a team and meet or exceed sales goals
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive finance (required)
- Strong relationships with banks, lenders, and credit unions
- Knowledge of vehicle pricing strategies and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
