Pharmacy Manager – Long-Term Care

Brockie Select Rx is a leading long-term care pharmacy serving LTC, personal care, and group home facilities. We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow, and medication dispensing
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy, DEA, CMS, and company standards
- Manage and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Create and maintain pharmacist schedules, including on-call and holiday rotations
- Participate in and help manage on-call coverage
- Cover staffing needs as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Provide clinical oversight, DUR, and medication safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and internal teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and quality initiatives
- Full-time salaried position
- On-call and holiday rotation required
- Flexible schedule; second shift coverage as needed
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- 2–3 years of LTC pharmacy experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong regulatory, operational, and organizational skills
- Experience with QS1 or similar pharmacy systems preferred
