Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to promote insurance products and services
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options that meet client requirements
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting clients throughout the sales process

Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
