Our law firm is seeking a dedicated full-time bankruptcy legal assistant for our Montgomery, Alabama office location. The assistant will be responsible for meeting with clients and walk them through the intake process and their initial consultation with the attorney, as well as the signings of completed bankruptcy cases. The legal assistant will also keep track of appointments, send out letters, take in paperwork, manage payments, assist in the filing of the cases, and perform all other duties assigned. This position will also help put together bankruptcy petitions using the BestCase bankruptcy software. *Pay commensurate with experience.

Preferred Skills and Specifications
- Preferred experience with bankruptcy intakes and filings.
- Preferred experience in an outgoing sales environment.
- Preferred experience using BestCase Bankruptcy software
Education & Work Experience
- High School Diploma required.
