Key responsibilities include client communication, attending conferences and hearings, conducting depositions, and negotiating favorable settlements.
Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 10 years of litigation experience—preferably in collections, replevin, or related practice areas—with substantial experience in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, or oversee associate attorneys and support staff
- Strong professional presence, exceptional work ethic, and high level of integrity
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and responsiveness
- Ability to contribute to practice growth and support business development initiatives
- Active participation in relevant professional organizations
