Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct indoor and outdoor general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Perform light landscaping duties, including mowing, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Address minor repairs to maintain the facility's functionality.
- Perform light cleaning duties to enhance the overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Execute safety-related duties to promote a secure environment for residents and staff.
- Supervise vehicle maintenance and attend to other physical needs of the facility.
- Handle occasional errands to support facility operations.
- Be on-call for repair/maintenance emergencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a facility maintenance setting preferred, but not required.
