Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct indoor and outdoor general facility maintenance across approximately 8 buildings in central and southern Maine to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Oversee and manage other maintenance employees across various facility locations, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise light landscaping duties, including mowing, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Address minor repairs and supervise vehicle maintenance to maintain the functionality of the facilities.
- Perform light cleaning duties to enhance the overall cleanliness of the buildings.
- Execute safety-related duties to promote a secure environment for residents and staff.
- Handle occasional errands to support facility operations.
- Be on-call for repair/maintenance emergencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a facility maintenance setting preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred, but not required.
