This role combines design expertise, customer relationship management, and project coordination. You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry partners to guide projects from initial consultation through final installation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- $50,000 to $60,000 a year bonuses
What You'll Do:
- Meet with customers to understand project goals, design preferences, and budgets
- Create cabinetry layouts and design solutions that meet customer needs
- Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, materials, and customization options
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry partners
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and relationship-building
- Coordinate with operations, installation, and service teams to ensure project success
- Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
- Stay current on product offerings, design trends, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in cabinet design, kitchen and bath design, home improvement, construction, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design Software
- Knowledge of cabinet specifications, installation requirements, and construction processes
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software
