This is a new kind of product—and it demands a new kind of design.
The UI isn’t made of buttons and dashboards. It’s made of conversations, natural flows, and invisible moments. Sometimes the interface is a voice. Sometimes it’s a message. Sometimes it’s just a result.
We’re looking for a founding designer to shape how this world feels—starting with our website and brand, and then owning product design from first touch to daily use.
What you’ll do
- Redesign Broccoli’s site and landing pages to match the ambition of the product
- Collaborate with growth to rapidly test and ship high-converting experiences
- Design product interfaces that feel human
- Build Broccoli’s design system and visual language from scratch
- Craft the first true interaction layer for AI coworkers
