Position Description: JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Sales Coordinator
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
POSITION VALUE STATEMENT: The Customer Service Representative serves as a vital liaison between Broaster Company and its customers, ensuring accurate communication and seamless order processing. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and superior customer experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the first point of contact for all communications
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinating Product Assistance Reports (PAR)
Accurate and timely entry of customer Purchase Orders into Sage X3 ERP
o Verify item numbers, equipment specifications, and shipping instructions
Provides quotes or proforma invoices as needed
Invoice shipments daily, ensuring accuracy of prices, freight, and applicable taxes
Collaborate with Accounting to address held orders and short payments
Maintains Distributor records including:
o Promo Credit Balances
o Rebate programs
o Registered Equipment
o Operator Trademark Agreements
Prepare credit memos as required
Support the Sales team with reports and communication
Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and preparation of reports
Assists with sales and marketing initiatives
Performs all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel) with intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must maintain regular and timely attendance to support operational continuity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
Lifting light objects: Occasionally lifting or carrying items like office supplies, small packages, or promotional materials (typically under 2030 lbs).
Reaching and bending: Filing documents or accessing storage may involve reaching overhead or bending at waist level.
