- undefinedNew Product DevelopmentSupport supplier quality activities such as Product Parts Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, prepare supplier readiness reviews (SRR), and drive investigations through CAPAs and SCARs to resolution. Collaborates with cross-functional multi-site teams to identify supplier development needs through the Supplier Readiness Review (SRR) process and other qualification activities.Assembles post launch data, monitor item releases for revision effectiveness and strive to continually improve the NPD processes.Execute and compile Supplier Readiness Reviews (SRRs), Qualification Audits and other Supplier Development Activities. Quality Acceptance StandardsLearn and apply quality acceptance standards.Working collaboratively to identify industry standards and verify consistency with current practices. Sustaining ActivitiesSupport the utilization of data sources to improve customer quality by collaborating with Group Sourcing, Engineering COEs & Product Marketing leaders to resolve top supplier issues.Review ECOs, assist in cost down activities.Where appropriate, provide disposition of non-conformances in a timely manner, assure that the proper corrective and preventive actions are taken, and follow up to assess effectiveness TrainingSupport department APQP and problem-solving technique trainings as required.Support Supplier Development and Improvement Activities. - Associate’s degree or a minimum of 3 years full-time office experience
- Successfully complete a Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) course.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-Management Skills
- Able to read prints.
- Understanding of basic statistics and Process Validation.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems an advan (ISO 9001:2015)
- Fluent in English, additional languages French and/or Spanish an advantage
- Up to 20% Travel with some International
