What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician/Assistant - PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON position at Broadway Veterinary Clinic?
Busy Knoxville veterinary hospital seeking a full time veterinary technician/assistant. Approximately 40 hours a week and possible weekends. Licensed technicians or assistants with experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): assisting with exam room appointments, blood draws, performing lab work, taking radiographs, administering patient treatments/medications, patient restraint, surgical prep, and assisting in surgery. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, time management, and organization skills. Computer proficiency required.
