What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales - Nissan of Portland position at Broadway Toyota?
Nissan of Portland, offering a contemporary and upscale Sales, Service and Parts experience, has an opening in our Parts Department and we are currently accepting applications from Parts Professionals who are looking to join our fast paced, high volume dealership.
The Parts Professional’s Responsibilities Include:
• Creating a professional environment for all parts customers
• Communicating effectively with customers, Nissan associates and other dealership associates
• Identifying, ordering, receiving, stocking and selling parts to customers.
• Processing new and warranty parts returns.
• Performing periodic inventory checks
• Providing exceptional customer service
Experience shows us that the most successful candidates are able to maintain a clean, well-groomed, professional appearance. A successful candidate should also have the sales and creative talents that allow them to create professional-looking displays of Nissan parts and accessories in the Parts Department and boutique area and be able to use Nissan merchandising materials to create an inviting, informative atmosphere for customers.
Dealership parts experience is desired, but we will train the right candidate. We ask that candidates have flexibility with their schedule and be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
All candidates must have a current Driver’s License with a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
The compensation is dependent on experience and we offer a competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401(k) plan.
