Qualifications
- Proven experience performing four-wheel alignments on domestic, Asian, European, and classic vehicles
- Ability to diagnose and correct suspension and steering concerns
- Experience working on modified, lifted, lowered, and performance vehicles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must provide your own tools
Team Expectations
- Perform high-quality wheel alignments efficiently and accurately
- Assist fellow technicians when needed
- Be willing to perform oil changes, tire services, and other general automotive repairs as shop workflow requires
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Deliver professional service while helping create a positive work environment
