Overview
The Prequalification Specialist position is focused on providing exceptional pre-qualifications and screens for potential clientele who are interested in enrolling in our debt settlement program. The role consists of communicating with leads via outbound phone calls, providing them with a free consultation to determine the right program for their current financial situation. A typical day consists of multiple phones sessions, pre-qualifying the client, and subsequently communicating with a sales representative, either internally or from an affiliate.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to reach potential consumers
- Use Salesforce software to facilitate the process of responding to consumer inquiries
- Prescreening and qualifying applicants for debt relief solutions
- Communicate with our Certified Debt Specialists to facilitate warm transfers
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and communication skills
- Maintain production goals set forth by management
Qualifications
- 1 years’ experience in over the phone consultations or customer service
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Being polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with consumers
- The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
- The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
