- Someone who can oversee the preparation of safe and delicious food and maintain a clean, neat and organized restaurant

- A hands-on manager who can jump in where needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Be able to stand for 8 to 12 hours
- Be able to lift and move 25 -50 lbs.
- Be able to reach overhead
