Minimum requirements:
- Prior Assistant Manager or Management Experience
- Be able to stand for 8 to 12 hours
- Be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
- Be able to reach overhead
Knowledge, Skills, & Ability:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant.
- Ability to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
