Broadway Respite & Home Care is an exciting and committed Home care agency, seeking a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Scheduler for our Union City, NJ office.
We are providing Home care services in multiple areas of New Jersey, for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living). Our certified Home health aides are qualified assist in enhancing the lives of the individual. The Scheduler will be coordinating the placement of caregivers to clients.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Bilingual Spanish Speaker
- Previous scheduler experience (Required)
- Home care experience (Preferred)
- Familiar with HHA Exchange (Preferred)
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organizational Skills
- Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve changes.
- Schedule care for all patients.
- Post and fill open shifts as they occur.
- Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardiness and early arrivals and coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly.
- Coordinate with HR to schedule job candidate orientation.
- Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance.
- Assist the team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule: M-F (9am-5pm)
Work Location: In person (Union City, NJ)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
