Broadway Station Restaurants, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Specialist. This position works closely with the CEO and CFO, as well as the franchisees and management teams of the various Broadway Pizza locations in Minnesota.
Position Summary: The Accounting Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy within the accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. The position is responsible for the processing of vendor invoices and credit memos, resolving and responding professionally to inquiries and issues, and supporting the accounting team through deposit verification, vendor maintenance and other administrative, operational and clerical functions. The position is required to handle and maintain confidential information for key operations and functions.
Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain vendor and customer lists within accounting software, including obtaining W-9’s when necessary
· Use Accounts Receivable module to create invoices on a monthly basis
· Use Accounts Payable module to process all invoices and check requests by charging expense accounts
· Research and resolve accounts payable related issues with vendors
· Ensure all vendor invoices are filed with AP documentation
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing
· Assist with annual audit preparation
· Reconcile cash deposits
· Daily, weekly and monthly sales entry & reconciliation
· Cross-train with other team members
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned depending on the ongoing needs of the organization

Education & Experience:
· Associate’s degree in a related field or 1-3 years of relevant experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
